Readymode, formerly known as Xencall, is a cloud-based outbound customer engagement platform designed to empower sales teams to connect smarter, engage more, and grow their revenue. Founded in 2014 by Jason Jantz, Readymode was born out of firsthand experience navigating the challenges of the call center industry. Jason transitioned from a call center manager to an owner, encountering issues like capped dialing speeds, costly usage rates, unreliable lead lists, and compliance hurdles. Determined to provide genuine solutions, he developed Readymode to address these pain points.
